To keep our furniture cost low for everyone we pass on the finance charge to customers who choose to use it.
The finance charge is $40 plus 6% of the total sale. This is typically around $75. As long as you are approved for the full amount we can add this charge into your financing for ZERO DOWN.
This is through Progressive Finance, they offer 90 days same as cash
Or a 12 month Rent to Own option, all with No Credit Check.
For the 90 days same as cash you only pay the total invoice price (price of furniture plus finance charges and sales tax) if paid within 90 days.
If you choose to finance the full 12 months, there is no interest rate. The payment is a flat rate of 15% of the total purchase price for 12 months. They also have an early payoff deal that can save you some money if you want to pay it off at any time during the 12 months.
REQUIREMENTS:
There are only two key things that we look at when qualifying customers:

Bank Account
We require the applicant has had steady income from the same employer for at least the last six months. We also require the applicant to earn at least $1,000 per month and deposit at least $500 per month into their checking account. The applicant must also have an active checking account for at least three months, and have no “Non Sufficient Funds” or excessive overdrafts in the last 30 days.
